Account and business details for creators and agencies, verification records, customer conversation and CRM data entered by creators, offer and transaction records, and technical logs required to operate and secure the service.

To provide the platform, verify creators, coordinate fulfilment after confirmed payment, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to complaints and takedown requests, and meet legal and payment-partner obligations.

Card and payment credentials are handled by the third-party payment provider used for a transaction. BluBizz does not store raw payment credentials.

Transaction and verification records are retained for the periods required by law and by payment-partner rules. Other data is retained for as long as an account remains active.

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data using the form at the bottom of this page.
