Terms of Service

BluBizz provides software and commerce infrastructure enabling creators and creator agencies to manage customer conversations, CRM records, digital content and paid digital-content offers. Customer purchases are completed through BlurDrop, a separate customer-facing commerce experience.

Accounts are available to adults operating a lawful creator or agency business. Creators will be subject to identity and age-verification requirements appropriate to the platform and to the requirements of the platform's payment partners.

Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload and sell, for holding all necessary rights and consents, and for complying with applicable law and the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content policies.

Payment processing is provided by specialist third-party payment providers experienced in adult and high-risk commerce. BluBizz is not a bank, licensed financial institution, payment processor, merchant acquirer or regulated payment service provider.

BluBizz may suspend or terminate access where these terms, applicable law or payment-partner requirements are breached, including on receipt of a credible report of prohibited content.

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BluBizz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
